BOX LACROSSE
Box lacrosse is a fast-paced, indoor version of lacrosse played inside a rink with boards (like hockey). Teams have 5 players plus a goalie, creating a quicker, more physical style of play.

Shadow Cats
Shadow Cats Lacrosse is a premier USBOXLA-sanctioned, NLL UnBOXed-affiliated youth box lacrosse club based in Texas and Florida, offering year-round training for boys and girls of all skill levels. They provide authentic Canadian-style box training with coaches from Panther City L.C., including Nathan Grenon and Patrick Foley, with a focus on developing technical skills in tight spaces.

Texas Box Program
StickStar Lacrosse Texas Box Program provides year-round player development for both boys and girls through a combination of training and game play. Because the program is primarily indoors, sessions run consistently with no weather-related cancellations, allowing players to build skills without interruption. Program offers training, league play, and travel tournaments.
