About McKinney Lacrosse Club

McKinney Lacrosse Club is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing lacrosse skills, character, and a lifelong love of the game in young athletes. Our mission is to provide a positive, inclusive, and enriching lacrosse experience that emphasizes growth, teamwork, and healthy competition.

Our teams include players from schools across McKinney and Melissa, creating a diverse and supportive community united by a shared passion for lacrosse. Through quality coaching, competitive play, and a strong emphasis on sportsmanship, we strive to help every player reach their potential—on and off the field.
 

Supporting Accessible Lacrosse

McKinney Lacrosse Club is primarily funded through player registration fees, fundraising initiatives, and our annual TurLaxin’ event. Our goal is to keep registration costs as affordable as possible so that lacrosse remains accessible to all boys and girls who want to participate.

Because the majority of our staff and leadership are volunteers, sponsorship support is critical to our success. Sponsorship funds help cover essential operational costs, including:

• Coaches’ stipends

• Field usage and maintenance

• Referee fees

• Player clinics and development programs

• Tournament travel expenses

• Administrative and operational needs, such as website and program management
   

By offsetting these costs, sponsorships allow us to reinvest directly into the program and help keep registration fees lower for families.
 

How Do I Become a Sponsor?

Our sponsorship program currently includes banner signage at Bonnie Wenk Park, providing year-round visibility for your business. Details on available banner options and sponsorship benefits are outlined below.

Banners will be installed as soon as possible after payment is received and will be displayed from Spring 2026 through Fall 2026 (January–December) on the fence facing the parking lot at Bonnie Wenk Park.

We are also exploring expanded sponsorship opportunities in the future, including:

• An annual golf tournament

• Team swag and apparel

• Community and club-hosted events

We welcome your ideas and feedback as we continue to grow and enhance our corporate sponsorship program.
