REGISTRATION - 2025-26
McKinney Lacrosse registration is now open for the upcoming season! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player, boys and girls from grades K–12 are welcome to join. Our program focuses on skill development, teamwork, and fun in a supportive environment. Don’t miss your chance to be part of one of North Texas’ fastest-growing lacrosse communities—register today!
USA LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP
A valid USA Lacrosse membership is required for every player. If your player has a USA Lacrosse membership, please confirm that it is valid through May 31, 2026. TeamSnap will validate the membership during registration and will not allow you to register if the membership is not valid until at least this date. If your player does not have a USA Lacrosse membership, one can be purchased at usalacrosse.com. Once you have your player’s membership number and expiration date, keep them handy because you will need them during registration and for signing tournament waivers throughout the season.

PAYMENT PLAN
There is no fee associated with selecting a payment plan. The processing fee charged is the percentage-based credit card processing fee charged by TeamSnap. This fee is charged when you pay by credit card, regardless of whether you pay in full or choose a payment plan. To avoid this fee, you can pay by ACH transfer. However, if you choose to pay by ACH transfer, you will not be able to select a payment plan, and your only option will be to pay in full at the time of registration.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT
GIRLS: All girls are required to have a girls' lacrosse stick, girls' lacrosse goggles or Cascade LX helmet, and a colored mouthguard (not clear or white). Cleats are recommended.
BOYS: All boys are required to have a boys lacrosse stick, helmet, shoulder pads that meet the NOCSAE standard ND200 (see below), elbow pads, gloves, protective cup, and a colored mouthguard (not clear or white). Cleats are recommended. As of January 1, 2022, all boys are required to have shoulder pads that meet the new NOCSAE standard ND200 to prevent commotio cordis. More information can be found at www.usalacrosse.com/lacrosse-chest-protector-faq. If your player’s shoulder pads have the symbol below stamped on the tag or directly on the shoulder pads, they are legal and can be used. If they do not have this symbol, they are not legal and cannot be used.
NEW PLAYER? FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

Go to usalacrosse.com and join (upper right-hand corner) to purchase your USA Lacrosse Membership. ($35/year)

Write down your child’s US Lacrosse Membership number and expiration date.

Click on the link below to register for the upcoming season.

Set up a TeamSnap account and register your child.

Download the TeamSnap app onto your phone, and wait to get an email invite to join your child’s team.

Use the same email address that you used to register.

The Registrar will email you with options for jersey numbers. DO NOT PURCHASE JERSEY OR PINNIE WITHOUT NUMBER CONFIRMATION.

Once you have confirmed your jersey number with the Registrar, you can then click on the TeamLax link and order your uniform. You may choose to pick up your uniform in the store or have it shipped to you. We understand that not everyone can easily get to the store during working hours. A few members of McKinney Lacrosse will be taking trips back and forth to TeamLax for pickups.

Once you are established in your TeamSnap account and connected with your team, we encourage you to reach out to your Team Manager and ask for help receiving your order. We are always happy to make the trip for you.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be provided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances. Requests for refunds must be emailed to treasurer@mckinneylacrosse.com and will be reviewed and approved by the Treasurer.
