Face Off Drills and Techniques
This section provides videos and resources that cover the key aspects of taking faceoffs. In lacrosse, the faceoff can be one of the most critical positions on the field. Because the game allows a "make-it, take-it" style of play, controlling faceoffs can directly impact possession and momentum.
Over the last 15 years, faceoff rules and techniques have evolved significantly, especially at higher levels of play. Our goal is to provide McKinney Lacrosse athletes with the most current and legal techniques to help them develop properly. As rules continue to change, this section will be updated to reflect the most up-to-date standards.
