Haley Wenzel has played lacrosse for 14 years, starting with Coppell Lacrosse in 3rd grade. She competed with GRIT Dallas and was a four-year varsity offensive leader at Coppell High School before continuing her career at Westminster College in Pennsylvania. There, she played NCAA Division III lacrosse as a four-year starter and two-year captain, primarily at low attack and X.

Haley brings a strong understanding of the game along with a passion for developing young athletes. Her coaching philosophy focuses on creating a fun, competitive, and positive environment where players can strengthen their fundamentals and lacrosse IQ while building confidence, communication, leadership, and a love for the game.

She is excited to coach 5th–8th grade girls and help them grow both on and off the field while creating the same friendships, memories, and love for lacrosse that have shaped her own experience.
